After finally exhaling, shedding a few tears, and thanking God - I can truly say this closing was in a league of its own.. ❤️🏡🙏 My clients’ journey to 37 Sheffield came with enough plot twists to last a lifetime. Buying this home sight unseen. Coordinating a challenging sale in another state. Unexpected inspection concerns. Several days in a hotel and a disrupted start to the school year for their kiddos.🫣 And when they finally moved in under a use and occupancy agreement? A furnace leak. On day one. 🫠 There were delays, difficult negotiations, very rigid people, last-minute surprises, and moments when the finish line felt like it was not only moving farther away, but seemed like it might never happen. Every time one hurdle was cleared, another appeared. But this family persevered and had an incredible team in their corner.
