She handled our family’s circumstances with grace, tact, and a dose of humor, permitting us to make quick and thoughtful decisions. The marketing video of our property exceeded my expectations, and Sherry’s negotiating abilities allowed us to build a relationship, overcome obstacles, and come to an agreement to sell our house. I worked with Sherry to sell my current home. I also worked with her to purchase the home as well as sell my last home. My parents also worked with Sherry a few years ago to sell their home. She is amazing. Sherry knows her stuff, she is friendly but a great negotiator and truly has her client's best interests at heart. If you have a question she will answer or help find the answers. I consider meeting Sherry "fate." We were first time home buyers with absolutely no idea of what we were doing. We had seen countless houses and were beginning to become frustrated (the housing market is insane right now). We saw a sign for a house for sale and called the number on the sign to schedule a viewing - which just so happened to be Sherry's listing. We hit it off right away, and while the house we initially saw wasn't for us, we asked Sherry if she would be willing to be our buyer's agent.

She helped house hunting become "fun" again, and made herself available to us whenever we needed her. She helped us develop some great, competitive offers, and was so patient with us throughout the entire process. She was in constant communication with us every step of the way, and spoke to us in a way that made everything "confusing" about buying house just "make sense."

She has a way of making you feel like her most important client, despite knowing she's working with many clients at once! We never doubted that she was, 100%, in our corner. Even after closing, Sherry continued to keep in touch with us, reaching out to ask how things were going and letting us know that we were in her thoughts. She not only an exceptional realtor, but an exceptional human.

Sherry is the absolute BEST! She helped my fiancé and I find our first home. Sherry was always there to answer any questions and made the process of buying our first home very smooth. She didn’t want us to choose a house if we didn’t feel 100% about it and we also felt zero pressure that we needed to find a home quickly. Sherry did a great job for us. She helped come up with a reasonably aggressive asking price, staged and photographed the home for us even during the COVID-19 challenges) and ultimately got it sold for asking on or timeline. She was incredibly responsive and helpful all the way through the end, even helping in the day of and the days after closing to help us stay organized and move around a few last minute belongings.

We are so happy we met Sherry. She is a great agent; nice, highly knowledgable, and high energy. We are from Virginia and Sherry helped us buy a great home remotely (without setting foot in the house until after closing). She took the time to learn about our family and what was important to us. Then her local knowledge helped us zero in on communities in Middlesex that were the right fit. When we saw a property we were interested in, Sherry gave us personalized virtual tours and helped us see (and smell) desirable and undesirable features in the homes. She helped us through all steps of the sale (offer, negotiation, inspection, final walk through). We always felt like Sherry had our best interests in mind. I can’t recommend Sherry enough. After a terrible experience with a different realtor, Sherry was a literal breath of fresh air. She ended up helping us find the perfect home and was just as excited to explore the homes as we were! She was on top of things at every turn and always ahead of the game. Saying she was always prepared would be a serious understatement.

I recently worked with Sherry to sell and buy at the same time. She was nothing short of amazing! I recently had a pleasure working with Sherry to purchase a condo. She is a wonderful person with extensive experience. She is very nice and patient. I really appreciate all her helps and expertise! I was moving back from Japan and had several business trips during that period. Sherry found the condo and made the offer for me before I see the condo. She works very hard and also introduced me all the other experts; the inspector, the lender, the lawyer and the electrician. Especially, she came to the condo when the electrician was working instead me. Even after the closing, she gave me the local information and a very detailed instruction for cleaning the carpet with pictures of the products when I needed it. I definitely recommend her.
